This is the 1st of a monthly event that will take place on the 3rd Wednsday of each month at The Nectar Lounge in Fremont..

It is a colaboration between Publish The Quest, and The Backbone Campaign.. Titled..

'We the people Vs. We the corporation

The idea is to get a bunch of people together to discuss different efforts and movements taking place both locally, nationally, and globally..  The night will start at 6 with Pizza, cooked by the nectar (its good!) and some beverages.. (we do need to pay for this just top be clear, but it is pretty cheap, and if we order a bunch it will be ever cheaper)

Also, we want to engage in some banner making, poster making, bobble-head workshops etc... from the 6 to 8ish hour, of course under the guidence of the master visual arts - activists, at the Backbone Campaign.

There will be music starting at about 8 30 and going for 45 minutes or so.. Then there will be a speaker, who will share a victory story... a story where the people stood up, faught, and had success.. there will be a new story told each month..

Then, MORE MUSIC!!!!

I think this is going to be a really interactive, creative, fun event, that will happen EVERY MONTH...

We are working to make it ALL AGES for the whole night.. for this first one it will only be all ages until about 8 30, so, mostly for the discussion and banner making part of the night...
